This was a job for NCSoft's game Tabula Rasa, to be published in Playboy's November issue. It's online here: http://www.playboy.com/magazine/features/video-game-babes/ (Please vote if you like!) :D I used Maya and Mudbox, Mental Ray for render, then some Photoshop painting. The brief was to take their character Sarah Morrison, a hardened alien-killer, and make her Playboy material.
