This is by far the most realistic facial animation I have ever seen! Not because you have the most realistic head model and rigging ever, but because you've manage to capture the real human mood! And believe me, I've seen my share of FaceRobot's videos for the past 6 months (I live 2 blocks away from SoftImage and have a NDA with them) and still, your animation is number one! Congrats!!!

Very nice... only thing that would need to be tweaked is the instant return to home position. That is what takes it from almost real to creepily almost real. Too perfect.

This is truly awesome. I play around with 3D modelling myself, and I've learned how hard it is to make something look even remotely human. Because the human face is the thing we spend most of our time looking at, it's the hardest thing to model, because any tiny mistakes or imperfections will be spotted instantly. Now, I don't even try. I stick to objects, and any people I do model have helmets of some sort so I don't have to model their faces. This, however, is stunning. Major props to you.
