Evolution

First female face, around 1992.  Brr.  Note the eyebrow texture repeating on the throat!  This was Alias Animator, using a single NURBS surface with the isoparms in a vertical-horizontal grid.
Same geometry, a couple years later, now in PowerAnimator. She could not open her mouth, and she had no top or back skull.

Around -95, ears, teeth and back of head added, procedural skin texture, separate eyebrows.  Lips cut out and remodeled, joined to face with an updating fillet.

1996, same face geometry, with the first full body (Optidigit was Optimage then)

Experiment

Another experiment, named Cara by miss Calderon, who was working at Optimage at the time.

1997, Tokimi - made to be a Verbot.  The name is a client misunderstanding  - I named one test image tokimi.jpg which to me meant "To Kim - icon"
Another Verbot experiment from 1997

1997 I did a total rebuild of the whole face, merging the lips back in and changing the topology to bi-polar, which gives much better deformations.  Nose and eyelids were separate surfaces, visually blended into the face using non-updating fillets mapped to have blurry edges. Jump to early 2000, a brand new Dell, Maya v2, and my face totally rebuilt again, in Subdivided surfaces - here's the first version.
