I don’t think I could survive having a brain as potent and active as Lisa’s, I already have trouble enough with the meatbag one I’ve got. Quite frankly, I’m amazed that Lisa has the ability to ‘sleep’ in any sense of the word that we humans can understand, but it certainly makes her an even more relatable character. Does Lisa have subconscious thoughts, or is it more like suspended animation? How do you program an AI with such complex abilities when we don’t even know exactly how the human mind works?
AI research both intrigues and terrifies me, because I can see wonderous possibilities and nightmare inducing consequences, but ultimately I think having androids like Lisa, ones that are basically people just as much as we are, would be a fascinating change of reality. I don’t know how it could be done and I have trouble imagining something like that happening in my lifetime, but who knows? I know a lot of good could come from androids like Lisa, free to find lost souls and do things like giving a homeless woman a hug, to help care for those who have no one else.
Sci-fi is my favorite genre of fiction for a number of reasons, but ultimately I think it boils down to one important thing: it can be used to give people hope for a better future and inspire them to make it a reality.
Lisa always blames herself đ rationally speaking Elvis was seemingly suffering some lingering withdrawal side effects from his meds being disrupted, and also extreme sleep deprivation, totally understndable why he became snappish. It was inevitable for their âhoneymoonâ period to wane, it wasnât her fault but she feels responsible regardlessâŚ
Also I am crying for Socks please El Chupacabra Cibernetico I wonât lose hope that youâre out there!! (And ElvisâŚ. But Socks is my fav so)
If she wrote the graphics novel, then she already knows how this ends.

Yo is Elvis really dead?
I can neither confirm nor deny at this time
